Order Confirmation
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is not confirmed until you receive a written order confirmation from us. We reserve the right to cancel any order after confirmation if the item is found to be out of stock, incorrectly priced, or unavailable for any other reason. In such cases a full refund will be issued.
Product Use
Ceiling Chopper is a decorative accessory designed to attach to the exterior of standard ceiling fan hubs. It does not replace, modify, or interfere with the fan's electrical wiring or motor. Installation is at the customer's own risk. Ceiling Chopper accepts no liability for any damage to property, injury to persons, or any other loss arising from incorrect or improper installation. The customer is responsible for ensuring their ceiling fan is suitable for use with the product before purchase. Do not operate the ceiling fan at speeds that cause unsafe movement of the attachment. Keep out of reach of children when installed.

All content on this website including images, text, logos, and graphics is the property of Ceiling Chopper and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without express written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ceiling Chopper shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising from a purchase, you agree to first contact us at Chopperfan35@gmail.com and allow us 14 business days to resolve the matter before pursuing any other remedy.
